Our Statement Regarding Yelp Reviews

Notice to Customers,

Due to vague and predatory practices, we are no longer supporting our business listing on Yelp.

Yelp uses a software algorithm to filter reviews and displays their approved reviews to viewers as “Recommended Reviews”. Unapproved reviews are then filtered out and are not viewable on the main page. To see our unrecommended reviews, please click here. Please note that the unrecommended reviews show one-star reviews first, regardless of date.

At this time, Yelp’s algorithm is currently only displaying 7 of their recommended reviews out of our 70 total reviews. Of the 7 recommended reviews, our business shows an average rating of 1.5 stars. We took all 70 of our reviews on Yelp and averaged them in order to present you with a more accurate scoring metric and found that we have an impressive score of 4.3! Yelp is not forthcoming on how the algorithm works and they have no answers as to why perfectly legitimate reviews can still be listed as unrecommended to viewers. Attempts to reach out to them and correct our inaccurate and misleading rating has been unsuccessful.
